ALL POSTSEpisode Transcripts - needed or not?
<p>Hi there! Ok, so, I've been thinking about this: Should I start making episode transcripts or not?
</p><p>Most of the episodes are pretty clear on their own, so there wouldn't be that much of a need, but there are some quotes or facts that get mis-quoted and I think episode transcripts on the wiki would help a lot with that. This could also be a good resource for fans who need references but cannot watch/view the episodes themselves for various reasons. It would also be a faster reference for many who would like to write fanfic or comics. There's some really funny quotes and great lines and details that, without transcripts, get lost or go unmentioned in episode summaries. So I think this would be a great thing to start on the wiki.
</p><p>I'm currently busy with school, but I will try to start some of these up and post them later next week.

<p>I don’t know what work that might be. But alright take your time. Just when you get started, promise you’ll do a good job. Don’t just add the quotes add the actions and everything that’s happening and going on.

<p>I got an idea though: Try starting to work on the transcripts today. No one has school to worry about on weekends. For you, this weekend and all weekends after will be better than any other time. Trust me.

<p>Trust me, my weekends are full. That's what I meant by "busy with more pressing work". Sad to say this, but I've got almost no free time at all. I'll have to work on those transcripts when I've got a surplus of time, otherwise it just won't be the quality of editing I'd like it to be.
</p><p>Also, please exercise a more polite tone when on these forums. Demanding from other editors and users that they *promise* to do a good job, as if editors would want anything else... sounds a bit impolite and rude. I see that you must be young so I'm letting you off the hook, but just keep in mind to take it easier with the tone. We're all fans of the show here, just having fun editing.

<p>Ah, it's honestly kinda both? I'm looking for a new job while working on things in progress and my portfolio and finishing up some school things. As well as other smaller commitments. Sorry! Hopefully I'll have more free time when next week rolls around.

<p>Hey. I've been really really busy with school deadlines and trying to get better from my second sickness last week. I will most likely pick a random episode to transcribe after next week, when the more critical deadlines have passed for me.

<p>I don't have fall break and am working all the time so yes, I'm still busy.
</p><p>You are not the one who can "give me time", the wiki is for everyone to edit so if you like that episode, you can do it yourself too.
